We had a very nice trip with Paula and Scott even though it wasn`t a best day for Scott. Last weekend we had the traditional Oulu Int Dog Show. It was quite a big ess
entrant.
The day was Poju`s !So I send a very,very big hug to Saila and to
breeder/handler Tarja.
And how did Baskethills`dogs? Our grand old lady Viivi (B.Even So Blossom)
won her veteran class
and was BOS vet. Klaara (B.Golden Blossom) won too the working
class and our little champion
class bitch, Saimi (B.Highlandblossom) was 3th with EXC. Severi
aka Baskethill´s Heart Breaker
got EXC3 and Sissi aka Baskethill`s Hear Me Now got VG.

| Saimi aka Baskethill`s Highlandblossom was sitting and watching how the competitions went. She got 1st price in open class and was runner up among seven best open bitch from entry of 25. The whole weekend was really enjoyable. Nice dogs,big rings, good food and last but certainly not least the symposium on Sunday. I hope that one day we have a possibility to enjoy that kind of weekend in Finland, too. |

| We heard some sad news yesterday; Veera aka Baskethill`s Evident Queenie has passed away 9.6.04 at age of ten. We feel sorry for Markku Pakkanen and his family but fortunately we know that she had a good and happy life with them. |
